You can narrow the results of your search with the limiters on the right hand side of the screen:
Content Types - you can choose to limit your results to only magazines, academic journals, books, etc.
Search Within Results - limit your results by adding an additional keyword. For example, searching within your "first amendment" results for the keyword "school" will show you only results which contain both keywords.
Document Type - you can limit your results to only a certain type of document. For example, limiting results to "Case Notes" will show you only case notes from court cases.
